Pool Post #11

It is just after lunch, my lunch, the workers haven't stopped for lunch and I am sure they don't until the cement if finished.  This is also so interesting how they work the cement into a beautiful patio.
A pretty, Floridian day to pour concrete.



Concrete truck has arrived.

And the men begin. moving this heavy, slushy concrete all around the pool.

Don't fall!   I don't think it would be pleasant.

The concrete holds the banisters in the ground. 

Lots of bending over and lifting. 

 

At this point all the concrete is down and now they start the smoothing out of the concrete.   I think patience is the key.   More later today.
